Welcome to the first edition of The Temple Teen Times! In this weekly newsletter we give updates on what's up next for teens at Temple Israel. For example, we will share what the lesson is and what dinner is for Hebrew High, upcoming volunteer opportunities, OTYG events, and other fun stuff!

9th-12th Grade HEBREW HIGH SCHOOL!
Join us for Hebrew High at BETH EL on 9/21 at 6:00pm. We will have BREAKFAST FOR DINNER and Cantor Alexander will be leading an activity about Hierarchy in Judaism!
LATE NIGHT THIS WEEKEND
There is still time to RSVP for the Rosh Hashanah Late Night! Join us THIS Friday, September 23rd, for an awesome night filled with fun New Years events! To RSVP, please email jascher@templeisraelomaha.com
ROSH HASHANAH SERVICES
Rosh Hashanah starts the night of Sunday, 9/25! Join us for services at 7:30pm. We will also be having services at 10:00am on 9/26. You can either attend the service or volunteer to help with the children's service! (You can also get service hours for helping with the children's service!) Help with the High Holiday FOOD DRIVE!
On September 26th, directly after services (at about 12:00pm), please help hand out paper bags for the food drive.
Then, on October 5th we have a bunch of opportunities for volunteering. Before services, from 9:45 to 10:00 come help unload bags from people's cars. After services at 12:15pm, come help lead packing of the food for the food drive. We will be taking everything we receive and sorting & packing for Food Bank for the Heartland.
