Pride

We believe every person is created b’tzelem Elohim — in the image of God — and deserves to be seen, heard, celebrated, and loved. The Pride Task Force works to ensure that Temple Israel is a safe, affirming, and joyful space for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. We partner with Omaha’s Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) to help coordinate our participation in the Heartland Pride Parade as well as our Pride Shabbat.
