We are about to start a new year of the Temple Israel Book Club.

ARE YOU INTERESTED? We love getting new members!

To decide on what books to read this year, we are meeting on Sunday, August 25 at 10:30 AM at the Temple Israel library. Come and make suggestions. We will discuss which ones we prefer. We consider books by Jewish authors, books of all genres, not only Holocaust books, history, fiction, and Jewish joy and life. We also consider length of book, if it is available at the library, cost if we must buy, etc. Please email your book suggestions to Jackie Friedland (Jaxfriedland@gmail.com) or Alice Klein (GoAskAliceKlein@gmail.com). We will put together a list to discuss at the August meeting and any suggestions you bring to the meeting.

Our monthly meetings are great! All comments are welcomed. We especially appreciate new people joining the club to provide new and varied insights into the books.
